    I bought my computer Sept 2009 with Sam's club which in turn bought it from dell. Everything was going good but last Wednesday my computer will not start properly it will go to the windows load screen and will not get past that. That same day I called dell customer service and let me tell you the WORST customer service ever. I had to repeat myself like 30 times got hunged up on 3 times and after 1:30 hrs the technician which he was in India after remotedly getting into my computer to get it fixed said that the computer needed to get wiped out and reimaged and I told him that I had some...   • Poor customer service at dell



    I purchased a dell latitude laptop which is fairly expensive. It is my 3rd dell purchase. I have had nothing but problems with this computer since day 1. Shortly after purchase, there was major issues with the computer and they had to replace a mother board. After that I've had to change 4 or 5 hard drives on it and now it has a hard drive issue again. I phoned in and told them I am through trying to fix this computer, as it's costing me nothing but time and money.   • Notebook repair complaint



    I'm not sure Dell cares...I had a defective product right from the start...the problem is still happening, but now the warranty has expired. Why should I have to pay money for repairs when I had the same complaint right after I purchased the product. The notebook randomly restarts no matter what application is being used.     I have had a number of problems with my inspiron 531. The latest problem is not yet resolved. the technician wanted to reinstall all th esoftware. His credibility was low with me in dealing with the problem.     Dell Computer seems to be taking two steps forward and three steps back in terms of customer satisfaction. Acting on a recent promotion advertised in my Sunday paper, I placed an order directly with Dell on Sunday afternoon. The Dell circular promised shipping by the next business day (after order) and free two-day business shipping. While placing my order on 12/14, the sales agent that helped me indicated that my ship date would be 12/19.
